All copyrights to AWicons are exclusively owned by Neil Sagitov.

• With Home License, you can use the program for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use. To use the program in a business, academic, or government environment, you should purchase a Business License.
  
  
• The AWicons Lite software - only for HOME use and may not be rented or leased.
  
  
• The AWicons Lite freeware version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of AWicons Lite without written permission from the copyright holder. The AWicons Lite freeware version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.
  
  
• The AWicons Standard/Pro shareware version may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of AWicons Standard/Pro without written permission from the copyright holder. The AWicons Standard/Pro shareware version may not be bundled or distributed with any other package without written permission of the copyright holder.
  
  
• AWicons Standard/Pro may be used for a trial period of 15 days. Following this trial period you MUST register if you wish to continue to use AWicons Standard/Pro.
  
  
• The registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use AWicons Standard/Pro on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered AWicons Standard/Pro software may not be rented or leased.
  
  
• All updates to AWicons (new versions and bug fixes) are free for life following registration.
  
  
• 3D Artistic Icons are included in the distribution package only for evaluation. You may use these icons in applications, in typographic materials, on websites and in other products only after you purchase a license for AWicons Pro.

• AWicons IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
  
  
• You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  
  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Neil Sagitov.
  
  
• Installing and using AWicons signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.
  
  
• If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove AWicons files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

• All ownership and copyright of the licensed icons remain the property of Lokas Software.
  
  
• The icons from Lokas Software may be used by you for any commercial or personal design, software and internet projects. You may also display the icons in documentation, help files, and advertising materials that pertain to the products. You are free to sell and distribute your products using Lokas Software icons without further royalty due to Lokas Software.
  
  
• You may modify the icons is shape, color, and/or file format and use the modified icons royalty-free according to the license terms.
  
  
• You may not lease, license or sub-license the icons, or a subset of the icons, or any modified icons to any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or design products.
  
  
• All icon files are provided "As is" without warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to hold Lokas Software harmless for any result that may occur during the course of using the licensed icons.
